i have tried disable window resizing widget in windows 10, still seems persist. disables "settings > multitasking > snap) feature entirely, still little popup window resizes windows automatically.. how disable this?

the resizing widget on screen isn't part of windows 10, it's possible it's showing due third-party program. we'd learn more concern provide proper resolution. have few questions you:
- what make , model of device?
- did make changes to computer before started happening?
as initial recommendation, we suggest performing a clean boot to find out if behavior caused third-party program. load windows minimal drivers , programs, preventing software conflicts occurring. if widget doesn't appear in clean boot environment, check section how determine causing problem performing clean boot for next.

- if can see app icon in taskbar or system tray, right-click , choose disable display splitter.
- if it's not in taskbar or system tray, launch app start menu.
- click advanced in upper right corner.
- on left panel, click display splitter.
- uncheck display splitter on.
if computer manufactured msi, happens when desktop partition enabled in true color app. disable it, follow these steps:
- launch true color app start menu.
- go tools tab.
- disable desktop partition on option.
