when attempt print, dialog box says printer offline. troubleshooter says not switched on, on. have tried delete printer in order reinstall not allow me so. can help?

issue may have been caused outdated driver or due issue printer settings.

troubleshoot printer issues in windows 10, kindly refer steps below:

  1. disconnect printer computer.
  2. go device manager. press windows key + r on keyboard, type devmgmt.msc, , hit enter.
  3. expand printers.
  4. right-click printer driver, , click uninstall.
  5. restart computer. connect printer while computer restarting. automatically reinstall printer driver.
