Apple Mobile Device Support causes "Preference" and syncing - Microsoft Community

so since reinstalled computer , getting , running, i've noticed since i'm unable install itunes regular way , have manually extract software , install each thing individually. noticed when click on preference it causes itunes freeze 3 minutes. opens it's supposed open. now, also, when connect iphone itunes freezes, 2 minutes, little phone symbol comes , freezes... , stays frozen, haven't waited around long enough find out if it'll unfreeze or not. 

when uninstall apple mobile device support, nothing freezes up, such preference, instantly it's supposed do. it's apple mobile device support. 

this frustrating because can't sync phone update music , like. 

anyone know possibly fixed? because don't want reinstall windows again find out if solves issue or something.

it application corrupted or damaged when installed on computer, or application outdated or incompatible windows 10. suggest contact software developer's website if there issues or announcements in installing application in windows 10.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
