Turn off VPN over meter networks, VPN while roaming the switches - Microsoft Community

reason  the vpn on metered  networks , vpn while roaming settings not deactivate. turn them off switch area , come , there turn on again. there anyway deactivate them permanently using registry.

for assist you, can confirm if have stated switch area means moving location/country or switching window on computer? @ moment, don't encourage changing registry avoid other issues can occur.
