Network issue on my Windows laptop - Microsoft Community

most of desktop apps such  steam, uplay, origin, the windows store, steelseries engin  not able connect internet getting error message not connected internet though connected 

i able use browser works fine  

i got when ran troubleshooter

resource (web proxy) online isn't responding connection attempts

ciao, can please open command prompt (click on windows flag bottom left, type "cmd" , press enter), type "ping www.microsoft.com" , share outcome? ciao , ugo

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
