when go following website , special effects box. cannot select black arrow select color button goes clear when selected. in addition when can pull colors shows open hand cursor , point finger cursor. cant adjust button change color. whats problem cause doesn't on edge , didn't on mac. isn't experience having surface 3 weeks.
