Blue screen of death - video scheduler internal error - Microsoft Community

my laptop dell xps l502x below-mentioned system config;

8gb ram, 128gb ssd, nvidia 540m graphic card

as open autocad in laptop error comes , system restarts. i'm using other graphics related softwares error comes when play game or open autocad. have updated drivers latest available , formated sytem error still continues come. have worked autocad before in laptop error seems have come since time replaced 1 tb hdd 128gb .

there lot of possible factors for matter occur. isolate issue, have questions you: 

  1. have tried checking manufacturer's website windows 10 graphic card driver update? 

  2. have checked if system requirements applications compatible system? 

  3. aside have mentioned, other troubleshooting steps have done far? 

it possible graphic card corrupted or damaged. however, need make sure case. kindly refer "troubleshoot blue screen errors" and check if there changes. you can refer zigzag's forum article entitled: "bsod finding , fixing them".

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
