Why is my Windows Hello not in sign-in option anymore? - Microsoft Community

my windows hello working smoothly after time, stops appearing in sign-in option.

i tried lot of solutions indicated in microsoft nothing happens. tried use system restore still, doesn't work.

i have checked , used biometric functions , works, problem signing in. 

help, anyone?

  • when did issue start?
  • can tell if there changes made on computer prior concern (i.e., updates, software installation)?
  • are getting error messages when trying sign in using windows hello? if do, screenshot appreciated.
  • to make sure have not missed on anything, can enumerate troubleshooting steps have done resolve issue?
