Problem in window 10 fall creator update. - Microsoft Community

after upgrading fall creator update,

i got several issues.

1. troubleshooter not working (window troubleshooter,network troubleshooter , all)

2. powershell (admin) & powershell not working.

3. unable install mcafee endpoint security /mcafee virusscan.
