How do I get a document to print from a (Government) - Microsoft Community

i need print 2 documents govt website pays my/my partner's seniors pension. end in 'downloads' file, time cannot find them print them out. there way can put them in printer's queue instead? or, doing wrong? tried usual method twice, somewhere, there 2 copies of each document waiting print! downloads list shows last requested document first, in date order....they not there, sigh.....i sight challenged (cataracts) please take account solution, if there one! many in advance.....

hi sylvia,

if know name of file(s) (as downloaded) can open file explorer (aka windows explorer), select local disk c:, in search bar type name of file (and hit enter if need be). take time file explorer search complete contents of drive , hit results appear found and highlighted in yellow. note file paths see were downloaded to.

conversely, can download files once again time choose save as, open dialog box choose download file on devices hdd or external drive well. also, when doing take note location present when save window opens, there chance that place last saved file download saved well.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
