hello, computer has been stuttering whenever play type of media on computer (videos, audio, etc.) started after got new windows update computer. wondering if there should try before reloading backup of computer before update.

make , model of computer?

suggest need update chipset drivers , bios.
recommend update critical ones: bios, chipset, display driver, network adapters.
