Cant Connect to Other Computer at Network - Microsoft Community

dear microsoft team,

i've ask find out solutions problem.

the problem :

my pc reinstalled os windows 10 yesterday.

in day can used , can connect friend's office computer network.

in windows update, windows automatically download new feature w10.

but when downloading & installing new feature w10 completed. i used , cant connect friend's computer. not 1 computer, of other computer.

my sharing & network turned on. setting before.

and still nothing changed @ all. 

i hope microsoft team can give me solution of it.
