ArcSoft Bluetooth Mouse no longer connects - Microsoft Community

recently bought new dell xps pc , wanted connect microsoft arcsoft bluetooth mouse.  worked while , no longer connect.  have tried new batteries, attempting uninstall , reinstall device no avail.  even turned off setting allowing bluetooth turn off device power management.  need remote mouse because difficult use pc regular mousepad on (it sensitive , keeps moving curser around.

any ideas besides mouse cord?

  • have made recent changes computer prior issue?
  • have tried connecting bluetooth mouse other devices?
  • have tried connecting different bluetooth mouse computer?
