Wubdiwa 19 update has diarupted the graphics system of our Lenovo - Microsoft Community

on saturday morning lenovo laptop b50-30 operating normally.  

ms updated windows 10 on saturday evening.  

on sunday morning not connect second monitor (tv)

while watching our sports coverage on saturday 9th blurred , not flowing on sunday10th december 2017 (on smaller laptop screen).

when driver graphics checked message present:

windows has stopped device because has reported problems. (code 43)

the driver provider:  intel hd graphics

driver date - 17/08/2015

version      -  10.18.10.4276

advice sought on how rectify problems.

the reply shirleen not seem relate intel system identity of drivers dn't match.

i wonder if "uninstalling" update way go system going ok until update installed?   possibility?

also skype seems have lost it's voice!

since problem started pc speed/activity seems have slowed considerably well, related?

there big possibility related because of incompatibility of software , hardware since there update. if want uninstall update, suggest check article: how refresh, reset, or restore pc. contains troubleshooting steps if want restore pc.

to isolate issue, can update driver checking article: automatically recommended drivers , updates hardware. advise contact manufacturer latest driver.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
