Quick Time Player installed on Windows 10 is not playing the video - Microsoft Community

have windows 10 pc.  i've installed latest version of quick time, not playing video portion of (.mov) file exported adobe premiere pro cc 2017 using go pro cineform rgb  codex.  do need add particular driver make work?

there possibility that portion of .mov file corrupted or not supported. isolate issue, kindly verify following:

  • does issue happen video files?
  • did encounter error messages?
  • have tried reinstalling player?
