my computer windows 10 , have not used computer months , should able login microsoft account, fails on me every time.
have tried changing microsoft password few times , fails log me also. can log computer guest. mut need login account. what can login computer without wiping data , reinstalling windows?

try restarting few times try again.
try disconnecting internet , try again.
if not work, reboot in safe mode try signing in.
@ sign in screen:
hold down shift key on keyboard while clicking power button on screen.
continue hold down shift key while clicking restart.
continue hold down shift key until advanced recovery options menu appears.
click troubleshoot
click advanced options
click startup settings
click restart
press (4) enable safe mode
wait while windows 10 starts in safe mode.
log in

other things can try - enable built in administrator account:
hold down shift key on keyboard while clicking power button on screen.
continue hold down shift key while clicking restart.
continue hold down shift key until advanced recovery options menu appears.
click troubleshoot

click command prompt

net user administrator /active:yes
hit enter
close command prompt, restart, try signing administrator account.
