hi all,
after installing recent windows 10 update have been struggling connect website relating university i'm attending.
i have tried number of different networks , internet browsers, no access on any. @ present can access sites using smartphone prompts me think has new windows update.
when using microsoft edge access sites, reads "waiting on response server" on tab while before giving trying connect.
google chrome barely attempts connect , loads dreaded "this site can't reached" page.
finally, mozilla firefox states "secure connection failed" when trying access site.
so far have tried number of methods try , resolve issue. includes running basic troubleshooter, detected no issues. have attempted resort previous version of windows 10, likewise made no difference , therefore re-updated software latest.
just morning took laptop helpdesk located within university, had no clue issue may be. checked university's webpages possible viruses laptop trying protect against, no result either.
my last go method try , resolve issue instructed helpdesk run malwarebytes. detected no issues.
my thoughts must software issued windows before updated, websites accessible.
any ideas on else can try resolve issue?

since issue started when updated windows, suggest rollback previous version. this, can restore system restore point. take pc earlier point in time, called system restore point. restore points generated when install new windows update. also, won’t affect personal files, remove apps, drivers, , updates installed after restore point made.
follow steps below on how restore system restore point:
- select start button, type control panel and then choose it list of results.
- search control panel for recovery.
- select recovery > open system restore > next.
- choose restore point related problematic app, driver, or update, , select next > finish.
once done, check if you're able access university website.
