when turn on surface pro 4 says "couldn't turn on camera" , when type in pin still won't sign me in.

hi clete,

this can caused driver-related issue. upon researching, rolling previous version of camera driver found helpful in resolving issue. follow steps below on how roll driver:

  1. go device manager.
  2. under system devices, find surface camera windows hello.
  3. right-click on it, select properties , click rollback.
  4. restart surface apply changes.

after doing steps above, try opening surface again , see if same issue happen.
