problem of high clocking speeds @ idle brand new computer
hello there,
new these forums, apologies in advance if haven't been looking in right place.
have bought brand new laptop on 11 august 2017. spec is:
- lenovo ideapad 110-17ikb installed windows 10
- intel i5-7200u dual core 2.5ghz (3mb cache)
- 4gb ram
- intel hd graphics 620
- amd radeon r5 m430 (with 2gb dedicated memory)
- bought in france settings/control panels comes in french, , has french azerty keyboard.
problem processor clocking speeds:
- according application occt, processor (core 0) clocks @ on 3ghz, when computer idle.
computer supposed 2.5ghz processor, surely not normal.
q1) how possible reduce overclocking?
q2) why processor working hard, when there nothing do?

have opened task manager , looked @ performance tab verify 'report' third party software package?
