ipv6 no network access - windows 10 1703
a few days ago, found the ipv6 connection of computer showed "no network access". ethernet , wifi same.

i have tried following methods:
diagnose network; troubleshoot;
uninstall , reinstall drivers;
dism.exe /... /restorehealth , sfc /scannow;
reinstall windows 10 opening iso file in current windows.
but none of them worked. "ipconfig /all" follows:
then ran windows pe on computer, , ran same command, time looked normal:

so concluded hardware works somewhere in windows has problem.
windows version:
now have 2 questions:
q1: can peoblem solved repairing, configuring not reinstalling windows? if yes, how?
q2: if have reinstall windows in all-new way, how can backup software infomation not have reinstall program after that?
in conclusion, ipv6 means lot me. please me , have same problem solve this. free post opinions , suggestions. thank reading , care.

don't re-install windows on it. isn't it. i've got same readings in ipconfig & in network properties box - & mine clean install of v.1703 (now upgraded v.1709).
i have read @ verizon site ipv6 requires router can handle it, & own router incapable. so, haven't tried following. please let me know whether works. also has download enable it...

i did take test, & got score of 7/10. good, except "your dns server (possibly run isp) appears have no access ipv6 internet, or not configured use it. may in future restrict ability reach ipv6-only sites.".
