How to transfer photos from my samsung note 3 to my Surface Pro - Microsoft Community

have basic surface pro, 128gb , samsung note 3.  phone has run out of room 3-4 years of photos.  move photos surface pro.  see on internet surface pro 3 & 4 information.  have head may have download sftw samsung this.  appreciated.  thanks,  mike

same picture of query, have tried plugging mobile phone surface device? if yes, there an autoplay dialog box appeared plugged in?

if there is, can open mobile phone folder wish access autoplay window.

if there's no autoplay window appeared, can check pc file explorer and see if mobile phone has been detected. if yes, can click mobile phone device options , access photos folder able start transfer.

if mobile phone or sd card failed detected surface device, seems need program able access mobile phone folders surface. if that's case, might need contact mobile phone manufacturer's website further assistance.

we'll watch out response.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
