how stop programs have open before closing pc stop starting again

and how stop screen keyboard stop opening every time start my  **** pc


turn off on-screen keyboard permanently:

click start button, type services , hit enter

when services applet opens, click on name column sort services name, , scroll until locate “touch keyboard , handwriting panel service“.

double-click on service, if started, click stop , set startup type disabled


regards applications opening when system starts - microsoft have been inundated users giving out happening - working on fix , imagine patch follow shortly
