Touch input doesn't work in Connect - Microsoft Community


cast mobile laptop through app connect. screen gets cast receive error message: "touch input turned off. turn on, go pc, , select action center > connect > checkbox".  no devices appeared when headed on to center > connect.

there lot of possible factors matter occur. have tried download , install latest driver update available on manufacturer's website?  

it possible that there running applications , processes on computer's background causing issue occur. recommend perform clean boot and see if there changes. 

note: reset computer normal mode once done troubleshooting following section "how reset computer start after clean boot troubleshooting" from same article. 

we'll waiting response.
