I can't log in to Windows 10 home with alias - Microsoft Community

in control panel/user accounts have following users listed:
a. h….@outlook.com this microsoft account
b. local_hollis-admin has no password
c. guest

when turn on machine, default shows h…@yahoo.com this alias with/under a. user in control panel. however, machine not accept password a.

when don’t have pw machine accept, screen shows me choice of 4 users:
a. h….@outlook.com this microsoft account
b. local_hollis-admin has no password
c. guest
plus d. h….yahoo.com

i can boot in b. no password, or in a. ms password.

questions:
1. don’t understand why a. , d. won’t use same password starting machine..
2. rid of ‘users.

after solved, have issue saving docs in office 2010. issues signing windows 10 home

it may possible experiencing issue due sign-in configuration of account. resolve  issue, recommend follow steps provided under manage aliases can used sign-in section in article. regarding second concern, ask following questions:

  • which account referring to?
  • who created account want delete?
