BSOD - Microsoft Community

my sons computer has started bsod shortly after windows 10 update. have removed updates, updated drivers running malewarebytes, have run adware, and  hitman pro far malewarebytes picks pup.optional. conduit , a pup.optional.trovi. maleware quarantines  them return due associated google chrome uses extensively school. macafee not pick either. 

i'm pretty @ figuring these out i'm stumped. great. ready reinstall or use option reset pc option have never used.

conclusion

17 crash dumps have been found , analyzed. 5 included in report. third party driver has been identified causing system crashes on computer. suggested check updates these drivers on company websites. click on links below search google updates these drivers:

ntdll.sys

if no updates these drivers available, try searching google on names of these drivers in combination errors have been reported these drivers. include brand , model name of computer in query. yields interesting results discussions on web users have been experiencing similar problems.

note it's not possible state certainty whether reported driver responsible crashing system or root cause in module. nonetheless it's suggested updates products these drivers belong , regularly visit windows update or enable automatic updates windows. in case piece of malfunctioning hardware causing trouble, search google on bug check errors model name , brand of computer may investigate further.
