2nd monitor not working, first stuck at 640*480 resolution - Microsoft Community

hi,

on 5th of september pc 2 screen setup stopped working.

first screen detected, receives no signal, second screen operates @ minimum resolution (can't change).

tried resetting videocard drivers , restoring system time before incident occurred. did not help.

p.s. on same day notebook stopped sending image monitor, updating drivers resolved issue. both computers have nvidia card.

this might caused driver issues. if have reset video card , issue still persists, suggest updating graphics card , video card well. can check device manufacturer's website list updated drivers compatible on windows 10. also, we'd know how connecting monitors. using vga or hdmi cable?
