hard drive says 22% fragmented , needs optimization, when run windows defrag, fragmentation not go down though goes completion.

hi,

there possibility due corrupted files. let's isolate issue performing methods below:

methods listed in order, start first one, see if fixes problem, , continue next 1 if doesn’t.

method 1:
perform clean boot eliminate software conflicts.

method 2:
run system file checker check file corruption.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
