pc: hpe-521it (hewlett packard pc desktop)
operating system: microsoft windows 10 professional (64-bit)recently usb peripherals first worked without problems have stopped being recognized pc , windows 10 error code code 43: "windows has stopped device because has reported problems. (code 43)".
the same peripherals, connected computer , same usb cable, work perfectly.
i tried change pc's usb port, error i'm seeing ever same in each port, solution fix problem replace usb cable one, though previous 1 working ...
this happened me external usb hdd , ipod.
this time, despite changing usb cable, system no longer recognizes huawei p10 plus phone, has recognized, on other pc recognized no problem cables.
would suggest solution problems?
the drivers installed , upgraded, seems problem of incorrect storage of usb devices in windows, don not know...
i have tried solutions found on net none has been successful (the working solution, @ times, replacement of usb cable, seems ridiculous, because old 1 functioning ...).

the error windows has stopped device because has reported problems. (code 43) can possibly occur if device hardware fails or if device driver outdated. isolate issue, we'd gather more information:
- have made recent changes prior issue?
- what troubleshooting steps have done far?
meanwhile, suggest run troubleshooter hardware , devices. identify , diagnose technical issues. kindly, follow steps below:
- press windows key + x on keyboard , select control panel.
- on upper right part of control panel window, type troubleshooting.
- select troubleshooting.
- click view all.
- click hardware , devices , follow prompt proceed troubleshooter.
- restart pc , check if issue still persist.
keep posted if need additional help.
