hi,

upgraded pc ram 8gb. when opened panel , checked ram slot saw 2 , task manager showing 4 slots. right?

[moved from: windows / windows 10 / windows settings]

my laptop has 2 ram slots - laptops have 2 slots under the  keyboard , 2 under base panel.   might check manufacturers site user manual.   or visit crucial.com or kingston.com, both have online scanners should accurate.
