after last windows update printer won't work. thought might printer. bought new wireless , having same problem. has else had problem?

1 possible reason why printer wouldn't work after update may caused incompatible driver. better assist , provide appropriate troubleshooting steps, kindly answer questions below:

  • what make , model of printer?
  • what the current version , build of windows 10 pc? check, type winver on cortana's search field , press enter.
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
