Monitor turns off when a certain app is open on Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

recently, whenever have app open, monitor shut off @ random while app selected. closing it, clicking on open window, , restarting seem temporary fixes, haven't found fix yet. before, happened while discord open, , happens while opera browser open. i've updated , i've tried make idle timer before monitor goes sleep mode longer, nothing's worked far.

i'm using hp all-in-one, model number 22-3116, matters.
