Audio static when earphones plugged in - Microsoft Community

hi i'm having trouble audio jack.
had bluetooth speaker connected , plugged in earphones while connected.
disconnected speaker earphones have heavy static. tried different pair of earphones static still there.
don't think it's driver problem because seemed more process of changing speaker earphones changed it, not random change in driver's status.
i've done audio troubleshooting, tells me change enhancements, besides having turned of them of, proposed.
i've deleted , reinstalled driver speaker, i'll try doing earphones now, doubt help.

tried restarting laptop, nothing either.
please need use earphones teamspeak friends, i'm competitive player , not having stereo sound can frustrating.

wireless devices pick static interference comes mobile phones, television, stereo, , router modem. of these devices produce electrical noise or radio waves can interfere wireless signal of speaker cause static. if earphones bluetooth connected might try connecting thru wire connection. we'll waiting update on reinstallation of driver speaker.

should have other concerns, feel free us.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
