other pc (hp envy 17) windows 10 not start , shows safe mode option not accept known correct password. there way return pc successful standard start up?

hi,

in order address issue safe mode, we'd ask few questions.

  • did make changes or updates computer prior issue?
  • are using local account or microsoft account?
  • have tried troubleshooting steps before posting concern? if yes, those?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
