very dissatisfied online tech support, informed first tech may freeze due os had crashed , barely able safe mode , asked told him no reboot end our session lock up, anyhow during win 10 os recovery. came through link provided got different tech, said let me review previous session came said fixed things in os rebooted me before anything. cant gain safe mode can bios setup nothing in there working, fault not having sys recovery disk got system in hurry play never burned recovery use right now. should not have done reboot while online did restoring system 0% 14 hours thought i'll shut off go safe mode more work, nope nothing dead go. im looking around friends sys disk cause im totally broke till ill stare @ black screen there's no way gain dos nothing know of works

also customer svc phone rep called concerning issue rude , not @ knowledgeable systems arguing me till said im ending call , hung up

if dealing microsoft support ask manager or supervisor. unfortunately here are volunteers , have no methods higher support issues.
