hello,

i purchased new lenovo/amd laptop.

it came windows 10 home single language.

i don't see or feature listed under "turn windows features on or off" in program & features control panel item.

in windows 7 home edition, .net not supported.

but not case windows 10 home search on internet.

is true?

also, please let me know how can list various features in "turn windows features on or off"?

and, when tried installing .net 4.7 , 4.6.1, says system had latest .net installed !!!!

please let me know, how install .net latest version on windows 10 home?

need upgrade installation of windows 10.

before that, try following:

try these first see if work:

open start, type: cmd
right click cmd
click run administrator

type in @ prompt or copy , paste these 1 @ time : (hit enter after each)

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

run system file checker utility:
open start, type: cmd
right click cmd
click run administrator

@ command prompt, type: sfc/scannow

check integrity violations

restart system

if not work, perform repair upgrade:

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
