hello everybody,
after update on surface pro 3, i cannot find wi-fi signal nor can use bluetooth products. have windows 10. have solutions?
have latest firmware updates surface pro 3 installed?
open start > settings > update & security > troubleshoot
scroll down
click network adapters
click run troubleshooter
when complete, restart see if problem resolved.
if not, press windows key + x
click device manager
expand network adapters
right click adapter
click uninstall
exit device manager, restart. windows 10 should detect network adapter reinstall it. check if can connect , browse.
bluetooth
press windows key + r
type: services.msc
hit enter
scroll down bluetooth support service
right click
click properties
under general tab
click in startup type: listbox
choose automatic
click start
click apply ok
restart computer check if working.
other things can try include bluetooth troubleshooter.

scroll down bluetooth
click bluetooth click run troubleshooter
when complete, restart computer.
press windows key + x
click device manager
expand bluetooth
right click each entry click properties
select driver tab, click rollback if not grayed out.
if grayed out, right click bluetooth driver click uninstall
restart computer check if working again.
if not, remove other bluetooth devices since might causing interference .
