title states pc not go past date , time section of windows. start normal , fet screen beah background , date , time. press space password screen wont go there @ all. see account name millasecond , im right date , time. if mw out appreciated. note have tried safe mode insatllation disk , have not startup setting , command prompt wont work.

one of usual reasons why you're experiencing issue due corrupted user profile. know following isolate issue:

  • did make changes prior issue?
  • do have user accounts on pc? if so, same issue happening on it?

if you've user account , issue not happening on it, means account trying access encountered corruption. therefore, suggest create user account , migrate important files it.

furthermore, if there's no other user account, recommend using installation disk have perform startup repair. automatically diagnose issue , provide appropriate fix it. kindly follow steps below:

  1. insert installation disk, boot computer.
  2. on initial setup screen, enter language , other preferences, , select next. if you're not seeing setup screen, pc might not set boot drive. check pc manufacturer's website info on how change pc's boot order, , try again.
  3. select repair computer/startup repair , wait process finish.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
