how to change Microsoft email address - Microsoft Community

have changed email address , telstra have cancelled old one.  i'm unable log in microsoft held old address , can't see how can change new address.  please if can.  joan

as far know should able log in microsoft account using old email address.

have tried that, , if can't, happens?
