Graphics Card for Older PC running Windows10 - Microsoft Community

i have older custom built pc graphics card has died on forcing me use mobo graphics chip doesn't cut on graphic design software.  i bought geforce gt710 card work once if let go sleep or shut down locks computer , fix reset cmos , remove card gets me , running until try use gt710 again.  :-(  wondering if there fix or if there card out there work me.  geforce support said bios problem because of age of system asus hasn't updated bios couple of years , have flashed latest available.  here specs. on pc.

mobo- asus p5b-vm

ram- 8gb

cpu- intel core2 quad, q6700 @ 2.66ghz

64bit operating system

windows10 version 1607, build 14393.1198

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
