WiFi adapter keeps disconnecting, will work for some time only after a - Microsoft Community

this may not direct cause, i've noticed problem occuring after windows 10 creator's update (or whichever update had included paint 3d , view 3d).

every , then, wifi connection drop, , upon trying reconnect, wifi indication icon on taskbar change disconnected / searching state, red cross on-top of network indicator icon, , disconnected / searching state once more. happen after disable / enable 'qualcomm atheros ar9485 wireless network adapter', , issue persisted after installed new drivers adapter. 

the issue has occured during voice calls friends while playing games. issue has never occurred during 'league of legends' matches, has occurred quite (reaching 2 times per 2 hour period) during connections 'minecraft' servers, possibly consider. issue has begun occur during research tasks / web browsing.

the issue temporarily fixable with restart of windows 10 completely, quite frustrating considering frequency of issue's occurence. using avg anti-virus program, , shortly perform full scan try , find potential suspects problem of mine.

  • have checked if there pending updates windows 10?
  • have tried restart router see if helps?
  • have tried use wired connection see if issue occurs?

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
