My USB wont work... - Microsoft Community

today tried change usb can change show full capacity , when put "create partition primary" (which said successful), popped notification saying format it, when clicked format said "windows can't format d". usb wont show on devices no notifications @ all. way i'm using hp stream notebook pc 13, upgraded windows 10 , used usb windows bootable usb. can please assist me?

now usb wont show on devices no notifications @ all.

"usb" interface used mice, keyboards, cameras, hard disks, headphones etc. perhaps thinking of usb flash disk? if recommend test on different pc. might defective.
