Lost Windows 10 password, but have pin.

hi there,

for reason our windows 10 logon password (that thought correct) not work. have pin, , can login pin.

i have attempted to:

1) run cmd.exe admin , 8646 error.

2) have gone user folder , "set password" not appear.

the system run local user.

what else can do? need above.
