downloading apps or basically anything - Microsoft Community

bought computer windows 10 installed.  cannot download apps or view pictures websites visiting.  having problems logging websites after giving user id , password.  please advise.

  • have installed pending windows updates on computer?
  • are trying download apps in windows store?
  • are receiving error messages when downloading apps? if yes exact error message?
  • do encounter same problem other user account on computer?
  • have tried troubleshooting steps before posting concern? if yes, those?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
