using win 10 pro 64 bit. keep getting error code ,x8000fff have tried finding fix no luck appreciated

we still can't identify possible causes of error code x8000fff on windows 10. isolate , assist better concern, kindly answer following questions:

  • where specific error code? trying update computer or attempting download applications?
  • if first time error, last activity you've made prior issue?
  • aside error code, check if there's error message? if yes, can send screenshot?
  • what troubleshooting steps you've done far?
