having trouble getting rid of windows update assistant keeps popping bad rash,  windows 10, version 1709 won't go away not want upgrade, have windows 10 home have no problems with, how rid of both of them?

have uninstalled programs , features?

press windows key + r
type: appwiz.cpl
hit enter

select windows update assistant click uninstall.

if not work, use never10:
