Windows Hello can't start my camera - Microsoft Community

when ever log in on surface pro 4 windows hello says can't open camera facial authentication . therefore stuck use pin-code log on.  have tried several of methods fixing provided on internet. nothing has worked far.

please me fix this!

using facial recognition in signing in device 1 of great features of windows hello.

we know more issue:

  • were there recent update made device?
  • did receive error messages when trying sign-in via facial recognition?

if issue happened after 7/20 update, suggest installing july 31, 2017—kb4032188 (os build 15063.502) update.

have simple wireless mouse , has worked fine in past sudden freezes when ever move it working fije second after stops in place , moves , , fustrating have deleted device manager deleted drivers rolled previous driver , removed settings , still lags , stops in place fix's? hi david, since you've reinstalled , rolled mouse driver, possible sensor of mouse broken. have tried using mouse on other pcs no problem? we'll looking forward reply. regards.
