Windows display in black and white for one specific profile - Microsoft Community

display turned black , white no apparent reason. key on keyboard stopped working @ point , trying fix @ display , black , white. know isn't hardware problem because there no issues when switch user on same computer. did accidentally hit shortcut changed color settings? have no idea how fix this.

intuitive shortcut win + ctrl + c apparently toggles color in way.
