incorrect display settings , outdated graphics driver of usual reasons why screen magnified. isolate root cause of issue, need additional information:

  • which version of windows 10 using? version 1703 or 1709? (to check it, go settings, click system, choose about , check under windows specifications.)
  • what make , model of display/graphics driver?
  • have checked if display setting set recommended(100%)? (to check it, go settings, click system, click display. under scale , layout, check if the change size of text, apps, , other items , resolution set recommended. if not, kindly set recommended , check if issue persist.

however, if display settings properly set , screen still magnified, we suggest roll older version of display/graphics driver can 1 causing issue. kindly follow steps below:

  1. right-click on start menu.
  2. choose device manager.
  3. locate , right-click name of graphics card, , select properties.
  4. select driver tab, , select roll driver.

after rolling old version of driver, recommend temporarily hide/prevent driver update reinstalling. avoid reinstalling driver may causing issue. it, kindly download , run troubleshooter on link.
