Remote Desktop Stopped Working - Win 10 Pro - Microsoft Community

i able remote in fine other win 10 professional computer yesterday work , today reporting:

both able remote desktop other servers fine.  can not remote desktop laptop now.

here tests have done far:

both computers wifi , on same local home network.  both computers on workspace , have been point while working.  

neither computer turned off.

removed third party anti-virus on laptop , no changes.

added local administrator laptop , gave account access remote , no changes.

restarted both computers no changes.

disabled allow remote access , re-enabled , double checked accounts can access , no changes.

added rdp rule inbound/outbound firewall settings on port 3395 , no changes trying port.

check both computers date windows updates.
event viewer not showing under windows logs sub log files error or warning during or near connection attempt times.

no changes have happened yesterday night morning, yet it's not working anymore.  

i've check other posts , seems common issue rdp stops working, there no resolutions.  

update:

i connected laptop on ethernet downstairs , able remote in after.

it seems though wifi on router bad.  wifi not allowing rdp laptop still allowing other remote servers.

please disregard issue.  thank you!

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
