Network card keeps turning off after I sign off in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

when sign off in windows 10 pro, leaving computer turned on, after while network card turns off. have disabled power saving option made no difference. out expert people have no idea causing network card turn off. stops me accessing computer remote. never had problem windows 7 upgraded from. computer dell laptop.
